Have always enjoyed my experience with Eyeglasses.com. I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses over the years and they have always come quickly and I love them.

Ordering on the internet was easy. The frames arrived much sooner than I had expected. I returned one of the frames that I had ordered and kept the other. True to their word, a credit was posted to my credit card within a few days after they received the frame back. Service was excellent.

Your Customer Service Representative was excellent in helping find my previous order from 4 years ago. He was professional, willing to help, and had a great attitude! It's also nice to talk with a real human and not a automated voicemail. Also your company carries additional clips which is rare. This was a gift and he loves these clips. Thank you I will definitely refer you to others and I will check out your frames for myself.

They do offers a great selection at good prices. But the communication was absolutely horrible. I paid the overnight fee but the glasses were not shipped overnight. Once they were in stock they took another 3-4 days to arrive at my house. I had to call twice for updates since there is no dates provided for items to ship. One was on back order and after two calls I was told it’s discontinued. I don’t know if they would have contacted me about the discontinued item. I was charge for my full order tho. They did credit the non shipped glasses right away. But I feel that it was not a smooth process and my frames took forever
