Received ordered eyeglass frames in a a very secure and professional packaging. The only reason for the 4 stars is the length of time that it took to receive the item.

Horrible communication and extremely slow service. I placed a glasses order over 3 weeks ago and never received an update until i emailed customer service for a status. Then i received an email that my lenses were being made but it would take another 10 business days from then for them to be complete. Hate that you can only track your order once it has shipped This is an absurd amount of time to wait for glasses. It will be nearly 5 weeks or more by the time i get my glasses.

The online ordering was very smooth the product turned out great very pleased will order again.

Terrible customer service and services delivered are not as stated on their website. Very unreliable and untrustworthy. I'm getting my frames lenses at my local store because there is no way I would trust them to get it right or deliver in a timely manner. There is so much competition in this industry, next time I will use a competitor. No, it was 7 business days to process and ship. It took a total of 2 weeks to arrive.

Arrived as expected

They carry the frames I have been wearing for the last 50 years and they actually had them in inventory whereas other vendors had 4 to 6 week waiting periods; which is absurd as they could be drop shipped from the manufacturer in days. But I guess that is what has happened to customer service philosophies in America these days. Enough venting about other companies, Eyeglasses.com performed to expectations.

It took longer than expected to get my glasses, but the lenses are really good. I feel like the frames are somehow loosened at the hinges though.
