The glasses were exactly as described and shipping was fast.

The purchasing and shipment process was excellent, but I have questions about product quality. I ordered a pair of expensive prescription sunglasses - there was an untinted ring around the edges of the frame that was very obvious, and Eyeglasses.com was responsive and fixed that problem for me. After only a couple of months, a problem developed with the lens coating that resulted in a cloudy glowing visual artifact. I had the lenses replaced under warranty - again, service was excellent but the new lenses had the same white ring round the edges. This time I elected to ignore this problem, but within a month or two the surface of one lens developed a weird wrinkled artifact - although it is fairly focal, it is directly in front of my eye and results in a blurry view through that eye. TLDR - good service but the initial pair of fancy sunglasses, and now the warranty replacement lenses, are defective and not usable. I'm assuming I cannot claim warranty replacement on a second pair, and if I can I am not very optimistic of a successful outcome at this point.

Customer service was totally unresponsive, i followed up after two weeks of placing my order. No reply. Eventually got a shipping advice. Contacted them again re delivery instructions to the shipper. No response. Haven’t had that kind of a service experience in a long time!

Excellent! I accidentally ordered frames that were too big for my son and they were very very helpful and changed the order for me immediately with no hassles.
