Excellent product and service.

Purchased frames in August. Broke temple in early December—my fault. Tried to initiate online chat about buying new temples. No reply. Sent an email to customer service. No reply. Resent email a few days before Christmas. No reply. Waited until after Christmas, then sent another email. No reply. Waited until after New Years and called. Got through and found out I could purchase new temples for $78. Fine, but asked if I could get a discount because the frames were only 3 mos old. Told I should send an email—ha! Told her i’d sent 3 emails already (yes, checked junk folder) and she said she didn’t know why because she only answered phones! Temple pieces came and are slightly different lengths—quality control problem.

I've purchased glasses with progressive lenses twice from this place and the quality is excellent and the speed was better than anticipated. They're not the cheapest online optical store but the quality is worth it and they are still much less expensive than a local retailer or especially the eye doctor's office. Somehow, they also manage to bend them into shape so they arrive wearable, as opposed to the 15 minutes they usually spend bending and heating and bending at a typical retail optician. I highly recommend eyeglasses.com. Just make sure you take a good look at the frames before you order, like I make sure they have spring hinges and check the size and color against a known frame you already own. In fact, that's the only thing I can ding them for: I have been unable to locate the size numbers on the frames I bought here. Usually it is stamped on the arm or near the nose or around the lens opening, but not on these.

Horrible customer services. I ordered my lens around mid December 2018 and so far nothing was shipped and can’t get response back from customer service neither through email or phone call. Don’t waste your time you’ll never get your order!!!

1. It takes forever to get anyone from customer service on the phone. I have a feeling that there are only 2 people. male and female. If they did not have any complaints, waiting time on the phone would have been easier. 2. Friendliness of customer service should be better over the phone. Especially of the gentleman.

Good selection of styles I was looking for. I like the smaller round ocular frames.
