Great choice of frames.

I bought a pair of glasses, lenses were made incorrectly. They didn’t want to give a full refund and said they were made S prescribed. By doctor confirmed they were made incorrectly. Then I wrote a negative review. They had someone call me and basically blackmail me into taking my review down. They told me that they would only give me my money back if I took down my review. Then when I went back to take it down it looks like they reported my negative review as fraudulent because they don’t like the fact that I had something negative to say about them. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and told me she didn’t care if anybody ever gave them a good review they just wanted to make sure they didn’t have any negative reviews posted. I will never buy from this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from this company. I’m not upset that the lenses were made incorrectly but I am very upset about their poor customer service and false advertising on 100% satisfaction guaranteed as well as I surely don’t appreciate anybody calling me and trying to blackmail me into anything.

Ordered 4/12/2018. No glasses, no replys. Asked for refound. Bravo eyeglasses.com, it would be a Xmas present.

Easy order shipped on time.

I had entered the wrong temple size on my initial order. Called the customer service number and explained the situation and asked if they could correct my order before shipping it. Not a problem. Got the revised order by email one minute later. Nice service! Got exactly what I wanted. Thank you very much.

Had to send back frames as they were too curved in the front piece. They corrected it. I am very happy with them now...

Great product, purchased a glasses frame to match existing lenses, worked perfectly, lenses fit without issue and very reasonable cost compared to retail. Retail these glasses were over $400, and I received the same pair for $130, excellent value! And I received them within a week.
