Got what i wanted very quickly at a good price

I thought my single-vision glasses probably could have arrived sooner, that's why I am giving this 4 instead of 5 stars. It took me 8 days to get my glasses. Other than that I was happy. The price was great and they were easy to order.

Fair price for replacement lenses. May have been able to save $5 elsewhere, but the ease and professional appearance of their website made the decision for me. Service was prompt.

This is the second pair of frames I bought from eyeglasses.com this year, owing to my need for a pair of distance glasses, and separate reading glasses. Due to the differences in both prescriptions, I can't have them combined into a pair of bifocals. It's the exact same pair of frames I bought last month, and the only difference in the experience is that this time, about five days elapsed after purchase before I got any sort of a shipping confirmation. I received the frames the very next day after that, so I conclude the shipping confirmation just didn't go out as soon as it should have. I still did not buy lenses from them, again owing to the fact that they can't make my prescription high index anymore. And I still needed to go outside the website to find a coupon code for my purchase, as the website didn't have anything, again. Perhaps if I had waited for some sort of holiday, I could have caught a sale.

Lense quality was very good. Frames fit well. Received my glasses quicker than anticipated.

My experience with glasses.com was excellent, from start to finish. The frames I wanted, where in stock, unlike some other sites. The price is well below retail. Perhaps in the near future I will give their lens a try. I would highly recommend EYEGLASSES.COM to anyone in the market for frames.

Mailed the broken frames to their location. They found a suitable set of replacement frames which matched the expensive lenses well. They sent me a picture and I took care of the purchase by phone with their customer service representative. Very easy and allowed me to save the expensive lenses.
