Excellent service. I sent existing frames along with my PD and prescription and barley past a week they returned to my home and work great. Only drawback is I didn't ask for antiglare on my progressive Poly/Verilux W3. That written they are the best set of lens I believe I have ever had. I need real time vision, I still ride a motorcycle at 71 and eyes are a crucial part of the faculties you need to ride. Really like the glasses, but what I received differed from the picture I viewed on-line. Seems like a small thing, but the frames were supposed to have black temple tips and I received tortoise shell. Customer service told me they would send the black tips.... but these never found their way into my possession.

The Whole process was quick and easy and I was an international customer so I found this to be exceptional and almost too good to be true at first. Excellent service

I ordered my son two pairs of glasses and paid extra for the overnight shipping. One pair of glasses didn't ship until almost three weeks later. Then a week after that I get an email saying that the second pair were discontinued... then how come they are available on your website? Maybe if they would have been shipped in a timely manner they wouldn't have been discontinued. Or maybe you should update your website to reflect such changes. Very unsatisfied customer. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Quick delivery, just what I asked for.

The glasses I ordered was OC4/C, which had cable ear pieces. When I received them they had straight ear pieces. I called customer service. They informed me that I would be sent the correct frames, after three phones calls, I received them, and they where also incorrect. they also had straight ear pieces. I called and talked to Stephanie, she was very helpful, and went as far as to refund my money and also sent me correct frames. Please tell her I send my sincere gratitude.
