I had some trouble finding the old website, but thought to check FB. I was SO happy to re-connect! You folks had my old order, so getting new replacement frames took all of about 5 minutes. They were delivered before the end of the week. Thank you so much.

Eyeglasses.com took my order (and my money) for glass bifocal lenses and then ignored that Transitions was checked on their order form (as it turns out, this is a bait and switch because Transitions, an Essilor brand, is not available on glass lenses), ignored the special instruction about the segment height of the bifocal. and ignored the request in the special instructions that they contact me to discuss an anti-reflective coating on the lenses. I shipped the lenses back and am waiting to see if I get the refund. However, even if they refund my money, I lost weeks in the effort to get new lenses.

I purchased perscription glasses and sunglasses with eyeglasses.com and so far I have received my glasses and love them. No issues with delivery, once they were done they were sent next day mail via UPS. I have not receieved my sunglasses yet however a representative did reach out regarding my order which I appreciated.

My insurance stopped covering glasses just before we started needing them for my 6 year old. He has an amblyopia which needs correcting so I set off in search of the best way to buy him glasses and be able to change the lenses every 3-6 months as recommended. Because my husband is in the military we move around a lot so this seemed like the best option. I ordered them and called customer service with questions.
