Very pleased. One star off because their customer service being AWOL on me for almost two weeks had me up the wall for a while. I loved the glasses when I received them; they looked great, felt comfortable, came with an excellent hard case and even an extra cloth wipe was excellent at cleaning lenses. Sadly, I had an accident in which the frames snapped within the first week. I called customer service to see if they were under warranty, but couldn’t get a hold of anyone even though I called repeatedly. I finally left a voicemail, which the answering machine message said would guarantee a faster response. Never got a call back. Sent an email, didn’t hear back. After more than a week of agonizing over whether I’d wasted a couple hundred dollars, and being convinced that I should have just paid a extra at the optometrist’s office which would have guaranteed an immediate replacement, no questions asked...I finally tried calling again almost two weeks later, and lucked out by getting a very nice, helpful customer service rep. Turns out my frames were indeed under warranty (and I’d barely made it in the 30-day range!), so I returned them, and got replacement frames shipped promptly. The end of the story is a happy one, even though it took some angst to get there.

Reasonable price; Free Shipment is a little slow but understandable it speed, because it is free.

everybody i dealt with was courteous, pleasant and above all,responsive. I will recommend this business to anybody.
