Misleading “free home try on.” You have…
Misleading “free home try on.” You have to buy the frames and then return them. If you don’t live near a store, you have to pay for shipping for the returns if you aren’t getting prescription lenses placed. Also it takes extremely long just to get the frames themselves. They don’t send all the frames at once; still waiting for my other two pair and it’s been now over two weeks. Unless you actually know which specific glasses you’re purchasing then I don’t think it’s worth all this hassle to buy from them.

Takes quite a while to receive order
Takes quite a while to receive order, no clear communication as to when to expect it . Staff didn't appear to have a good idea when glasses would be available to ship. Still haven't received part of my order.

The Eyeglasses people always sell…
The Eyeglasses people always sell quality merchandise. I have not been disappointed yet. The only problem I had this time is that the USPS tracking showed it delivered on 5/13. In reality it showed up on 5/20. I'm thankful it showed up at all. Next time I order anything I will pick a different shipping option than the USPS.

Generally satisfactory
Just as ordered - prescription seems accurate. Reasonably quick service and fast shipping. Frame took some adjusting - a little more than expected. Lens fabrication could have been done a little better. Price was roughly comparable to local providers. Overall, I’m generally pleased with my glasses.

Slow delivery
The selection was good, the information on each pair VERY good (sizes of parts of the glasses). The ordering was super simple. The time to receive the glasses is what brought the score down. Ordered May 10, and I still haven't received. The 30 day return policy is the reason I went with Eyeglasses.com. Will see how good it is when I finally get my glasses and decide which pair to keep. (I ordered the only 4 pairs that are my size and will pick one from them.)

Ordered a pair of glasses a week ago…
Ordered a pair of glasses a week ago and "order still processing". But I have been charged since day 1. I send them an e-mail asking how many more days I have to wait until my order is shipped but I got no answer.
