I ordered a pair of stepper frames
I ordered a pair of stepper frames, I did a lot of comparison shopping and found Eyeglasses.com to be the best value. The order process was easy as well as the delivery time was excellent. Love the titanium lightweight stepper frames.

Had exactly the frames I wanted (round lens, cable temple) and in multiple colors. Non-simultaneous delivery of two sizes without incident. Return of size not chosen without incident. What more could I have asked for?

Ordered some new glasses through the…
Ordered some new glasses through the West Hartford store. The glasses came on time in mail and one eye did not focus. I called the customer service was told that it was something wrong with my prescription and need to go back to my optometrist, even though the prescription is only 4 months old. I made another appointment (had to pay again) only to be told that the prescription is all right. I was also told by the customer service that my eye needs to adjust to the new glasses, but after trying these glasses a few more times my eyes just can't readjust. Decided to have the exact same glasses (same frame and lenses) made by a different store and the lenses fit perfectly--so it's not a problem with my prescriptions or my eyes. After returning these glasses, I got only 50% for the lenses--and this is after calling the customer service, since the refund wasn't issued for over 20 days after they received the glasses, and I was never contacted about the return. Poor quality in both the product and customer service.

Glasses worked out well for the person…
Glasses worked out well for the person who needed them. Since they could not order themselves I was concerned about not ordering correctly. I encountered so issues with the website but when I called the service was great. Order tracking and follow-up is critical to great customer service.

The Shipping took a lot longer than I thought it should. But other wise I got the frame I ordered and easily put my lenses in from my broken set.
