ordered six weeks ago, received nothing

I really liked working with eyeglasses.com. Their prices were competitive and their website was easy to use. They got my prescription just right--no problems!

received eyeglasses. They were excellent. Very impressed with the quality, and my vision thru them. Especially since I have a custom prescription and transition lens. Only problem is no response from customer service when i called them. I have a few simple questions and need to talk to someone in person. Involves sending them additional orders. Would be nice if they would respond. Left word for them to call me 3 days ago. Received no call back.

no one answers the phone or returns phone calls. I ordered the wrong product, returned it according to instructions, and also sent instructions for the replacement product. I have had no return advice that i've received credit or that the replacement frames were sent back. I've ordered the frames from someone else

I think this company must be dead. No answering phones or emails. My order was originally placed on June 6. It is now 2.5 months later, and I have received nothing. After weeks of trying to get a human on the phone, they promised they would send the glasses on August 11. Still nothing.

It took 5 days for your $12.00 extra I paid to get them here.

Couldn't have been an easier order - simple single vision lenses & frame. I'm absolutely furious...my son, who's currently sitting his exams has been without glasses and hasn't been able to see properly for well over a month!!!! I ordered these glasses well over a month ago now, and they STILL can't even provide an ETA - apparently the glasses haven't even been dispatched yet! This is an utter disgrace. Just incompetence and 'don't care/no customer service' hiding behind a Covid-19 excuse. For heaven's sake do not deal with this company. Their 'customer service' is the worst I've ever encountered in my entire life - all I get is sarcasm and a 'couldn't care less attitude'. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with is firm.

Did not send one of the items. Has not returned any or my calls or emails to customer service. Will not be using again or recommending.
