The glasses do not tint near as much as I was expecting. Also I thought they were more of a tru round and not as big. I still felt like I should have had the $30 I sent to repair the old ones you said you couldn’t repair should have been deducted from the new glasses price

This is the 3rd pair of eyeglasses I ordered from Eyeglasses.com (1st & 2nd pairs from a few years ago were great.) But this time around, it’s been quite a disappointing experience. When I received my glasses in the mail, the frame was very crooked. I went to my local optical store to try to have them fix the frame and adjust the temples with no success. Finally, I called the Customer Service phone line for Eyeglasses.com. CSR on the phone was helpful and informed me they would swap out the frame and ship it back to me via UPS Next Day. So I shipped the glasses back to Eyeglasses.com. About 10 days later, I finally received my glasses. I realized they did not replace the frame but rather just repaired it, and left and right temples were different (same color but different styles). I always like the selections and affordable prices at Eyeglasses.com. So I went ahead and gave it another shot. Again, CSR on the phone was helpful and offered me a discounted price. I ordered my 4th pair from Eyeglasses.com. Guess what? The bridge on the 4th pair was also crooked. Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience.

Frames came stretched out and bent. I have made many several attempts to reach your Customer Service with NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!! I REQUESTED A "PREPAID RETURN LABEL" SEVERAL TIMES- NO RESPONSE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER: (
