I’ve had a nightmare of an experience with Eyeconic regarding my recent order. My glasses went missing in transit, and instead of a swift resolution, I was met with complete disorganization and constant miscommunication from their customer service representatives. I was left without glasses for weeks, unable to see properly, while the support team ran me in circles. Every interaction seemed to contradict the last—one moment I was told the package was out for delivery, and the next, I was told an investigation couldn't be opened. When I finally managed to get a straight answer from someone, they informed me that the soonest they could get a new pair to me was 10-12 days. Expecting a customer to wait nearly two weeks after they already failed to deliver the initial order is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot recommend Eyeconic given this total lack of accountability and poor support.

Eyconic online optometry is great for ordering eyeglasses with a doctor's prescription. The process is easy and the prices fantastic. The last few pairs of glasses I purchased including sunglasses were $500-600 a pair. Last night I ordered a nice pair with polycarbonate lenses, transitions, scratch resistance, anti-glare etc. and a case for $390 and with insurance paid $112. Great deals brand name frames and swift easy checkout. Highly recommended.

First and last time I will be using this company. I used this company against my better judgement as I've always used 1800 Contacts for my contact subscription. Because my new prescription was a bit more costly per box this time, I thought it would be best to go with the site VSP recommended. They're supposed to cover at least two boxes for me as they've done in the past. I used the "use my insurance" option and guess what? It didn't use it and it wasn't until after I put my order through that I realized it. When I checked it, it told me that my "materials were used up" despite me not ordering contacts yet. Or glasses. I reached out immediately to cancel the order since 1800 contacts had everything over $100 cheaper WITHOUT VSP and was told that it was already "in fulfillment" and I would have to wait until THEIR contacts arrived for me to return and cancel the order. I had just put the order in and it was automatically in fulfillment? I call BS but I didn't get much help after that. They're SUPPOSED to come in Tuesday, over two weeks after I ordered them. Since I am hellbent on returning them, I ordered normally through 1800 contacts and it was here within two days of ordering. There's no excuse for Eyeconic to be like this. NEVER touching this brand again.
