Although the price was great, I can’t wear the glasses and had to have them replaced once already due to pupil distance error from the online tool. The replacement lenses still don’t work and I have exceeded the 90 day window for an adjustment which started from the original order date. I will try paying for the adjustment on my own, but doubt they will actually work for me at all.

The contacts arrived in pristine condition. I initially purchased the contacts with a 20 percent off offer but had to cancel the order as I accidentally ordered contacts that did not match my Rx. When I placed the order again for the correct contacts I lost the 20 percent off and the Eyeconic rep was unable to re-instate the 20 percent coupon. After I answered a survey detailing my situation, Eyeconic refunded me the 20 percent off. Thank you so much. I also appreciate that Eyeconic takes my insurance and is a reasonable price.
