I selected progressive lens by mistake and they said that they cannot modify the order and cancelled it. I had used my insurance to purchase this and now I cannot because the order was placed last year and now insurance can't be used. Awful service. Disappointed!

Please don’t use this. They are very slow. They have extremely poor customer service. 1 week After I placed the order, I was told that prescription don’t fit with glasses and they will only fit with 1-2 brands on their site. Plus it takes 4 weeks to get my order. You are better off with local shop. I want to rate it zero stars.

Garbage / expensive glasses. Save your time and money and just go to WalMart. They only have a 30 day return policy so if your frames break on day 31 you are SOL. Try to call for any kind of assistance other than to buy something and you will be on hold for hours with NO response. The glasses I purchased were $320 with insurance and broke less than 3 months after purchase. Went to WalMart and got the same pair with no benefits because I used them with eyeconic and they were $180. SERIOUSLY please don't waste your money with these people!!!

Terrible customer service, delayed my order and when called to get info, agent said it was end of the year and orders took more time Best price match is false advertising Wont recommend, and if you dont want to have a headache, look for another place to shop glasses

I recommend giving them a shot for your VSP benefit! I had a good experience with prescription sunglasses using my VSP dollars in a hurry on December 29, 2019. I found a pair of Cole-Haan frames I liked and was able to order them, lenses, tint, and all for less than $90. I called customer service twice: 1. First, I needed help finding out how to select prescription sunglasses using their site. The agent seemed harried but stayed on the phone with me till he helped my search for "sunglasses" then to filter by "Rx available." Order placed! 2. Second, I called to follow up a week later because I hadn't had confirmation of shipment. The agent was friendly and helpful, letting me know what was going on and why my glasses hadn't shipped - I ran into the New Year's holiday, then the weekend. One star off because it took a while, but I received them on January 10th and could not be more pleased with the style and quality.

First time ordering from EYECONIC. Thoroughly disgusted. Eyeglasses arrived with the complete wrong prescription (blurry vision) and with a big scratch running completely through the left lens. Additionally, the quality isn't even as good as my $20 pair of drug store readers. Would strongly encourage use of another eyeglass provider. Glasses going back first think in the morning!

Contact lenses never shipped. I was given a tracking number, but the boxes never made it to the carrier. When I called them a week later, customer service could not help. Disorganized and their customer service department is not empowered to actually help customers. I will go out of network next time. Strong recommend avoiding them if possible.

These *#*#*}* sent the wrong contacts. Still waiting over 2 weeks for expedited replacement. Terrible customer service and should be pulled from all insurance companies until they get their act together. Until then 0 stars. Stick with 1-800 contacts better customer service and great service.
