The co-pay from my insurance for frames is about $20, but Eyeconic's web site gave no option to purchase for that price. It automatically required extra purchases (no scratch, etc.) that raised the price by $80. The web site does not track open orders. The delivery time is extremely slow. They advertise 2 day free shipping but that does not matter if it takes about 2 weeks for the glasses to be done to begin with. Very disappointing.

Just got my new glasses. It took close to a month from the date of order. No messages/mails on the status of order and had to callback in the middle. Explanation is that it failed inspection first time and they ordered it again..thought it will be received in great shape. Finally arrived. The glasses have spec of dust in a nicely packaged box. One of the glasses has edges rounded and other is not. frame also has a small scratch and quality of frame is n't good either. Spent $200+ for my high index glasses($100 extra than costco and $200 less than other VSP providers). Not worth it.

They are the worst ever company when it comes to doing business online. It has been a month my son's glasses have not even shipped and no one knows where are they. There is no sense of timing or urgency in this company. I doubt if they even understand what it means to do business online. My benefit expired because of them.

Highly questionable.They took my money and when I contacted my vision insurance company they say they paid also but over 2 weeks later I have no idea where my glasses are. Customer service takes an hour on hold every time and then they can not help. They will not let you cancel and blame their own system for making them useless. Go elsewhere. Why wait weeks to pay more for discontinued frames and if you ever get them then you have to go get the glasses fitted. Think of a business that is the opposite of a site like Amazon and you will get a sense of these guys.

This is my third order with Eyeconic and the last. First pair of glasses was fine a few years ago. The year after, I ordered contact lenses but the order was cancelled with no notification despite their records of e-mailing a notice. My optical insurance expired during the 2 weeks it took for me to find out what happened. I gave them a third chance and they refund my order again with no notice since eye Dr didn't respond supposedly to calls for prescription. I talked to a rep who again said notice was emailed but I checked all inboxes, spam, etc and there was nothing.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered contacts a week ago, still no correspondence. Customer service is non existent. I have called three times and have placed on hold on each occasion..been trying to reach them for 45 minutes. Further, they refuse to respond to emails. I will be taking my complaints to BBB and FTC..it is absolutely unethical to deny paying customers the imperative tools that are used to SEE. AVOID

Ordered new glasses at the end of 2019 with updated prescription. Opted for the Gold Progressive Lens package and a Cole Haan Frame. While the glasses took a little longer than promised to arrive, I am very happy with both the frames and lenses. Easily as good as anything I have purchased from a local Optometric office or Warby Parker. I have not yet gone in to have the frames adjusted locally (included in the pricing) but plan on doing that in the next 2 weeks. The best part is that with my work VSP plan these only cost me ~$92 total. Thats compared to $295 for Warby Parker and ~$350+ to buy locally even with VSP. I plan on using them again next time.

It has been nearly a month since I placed the order and they are still not able to ship it. They are taking advantage of my situation. I placed the order against my 2019 benefit which will be void if I cancel the order. I have not seen such poor customer service anywhere else.
