I ordered the most beautiful prescription sunglasses and regular glasses from Eyeconic I have ever seen. They were both progressive glasses. I was actually told by an person who works for an eye doctor that usually people my age (65) cannot adjust to these glasses and prefer bifocals - NOT TRUE! My nonprogressive glasses made me look at least 10 years older. Their standard frames, bifocals sold and shown to gals my age. I love wearing my new Eyeconics. I hated wearing my old prescription glasses. There was a small issue with my first pair of Eyeconics which was resolved quickly. The website is easy to use. I will buy all of my future glasses from Eyeconic. So grateful to have found them.

Order contacts in the first week of June. It is now approaching the last week of July and my contacts are still not here. First my contacts were lost in the mail, and required to wait a full 3 weeks before they would agree to ship another order to me. Now, they've agreed to ship me another order, however, its been a full week and nothing has been shipped yet. I've contacted them multiple times and no one can give me an answer on whether my contacts will be coming. I'm honestly thinking about disputing the charges on my card and vision insurance. I just want my contacts that I order, is that too hard?

I gave one star because a zero star rating was not available. I am about to celebrate my one month anniversary since placing my order and was just notified that there will be a delay in the delivery of my glasses. Use this service provider if you can allow 1-2 months to receive your glasses. If you do not have that much time - go elsewhere.

The worst quality and customer service. I returned a pair that came out bad. They sent me a return label for the wrong order. They had the nerve to tell me I didn’t qualify for a refund. When I called they told me they never got my return. I was then later told they got my return. In they end they refunded me for the wrong pair of glasses and a lesser amount. Their glasses always come out wrong and the quality on their brands is so poor. My first pair of Lacoste snapped in half and I was not allowed to return them.

A month later, still pending. on line chat says they can't update, phone calls take forever for someone to answer then they put you on hold and hang up. I'm over it. Will never order from them or recommend.

Purchased two pairs. One was way too small. Other one had two seperate lenses. Returned both for exchanges. I was told a week later that those glasses are no longer available and to pick a new pair. Found a new pair and currently just waited 25 minutes on hold to let them know I found a new pair. This is going on 4 weeks for shopping, receiving and now returning. If you don't mind not having glasses for 2 months or the wrong lenses or size and like to wait on hold for now going on 40 minutes than this is the place to get your glasses! 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all cost. Notice the bad reviews. Wish I would have before all thos nonsense.

Eyeconic customer service is non-existent. It took over 40 days to receive my order and then they sent me glasses with scratches all over the lenses and would not work with me on a plan to replace them or apply my insurance funds to a replacement. The quality and workmanship is substandard and the customer service department will not work with you at all. Do NOT buy from Eyeconic.

Terrible service. My $500 glasses have been preparing for shipping almost 2 months and still not ready, Customer service always say the same - we don't have any info when you will receive it. You gonna get blind before you receive any glasses from that service!
