Worst experience ordering prescription sunglasses. Ordered a pair last year using vision insurance and had that cancelled due to 'too strong prescription' for the frames I selected. They offered me choices on other frames that would work with my prescription only that was cancelled weeks later too. Now I'm out using my benefits and no sunglasses. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would never use them again.

I can't figure out why there are so many negative reviews for Eyeconic. I had a great experience with them, having ordered for the first time last month. Maybe it's b/c I didn't need to contact their customer service. The entire process was very smooth. Got my glasses yesterday. Good quality. Very satisfied.

Customer service cancelled my order twice on their end and failed to follow through on my orders. Stay away. Everything looks legit, but customer service doesn't care. Also my glasses came bent and crooked, had to get them professionally adjusted along with my frames remolded by my provider. Frustrating experience. Experience took weeks as well.

I bought contacts from them 2 weeks ago, received them and was sent the wrong pair. I opened the box not knowing they were the wrong prescription, and called customer service who said it I can return contacts for a refund or exchange it wouldn’t be a problem. Items have been received by them and they still email me to find out why they are returned. I email them with explanation, I guess customer service does not take notes and add them to my account. I called again today and the rep says they do not accept opened boxes even though it was their mistake and I should read their policy. Basically I paid for a $98 box of contacts that I won’t get a refund for and I am still waiting for them to reverse claim on the unopened box. Some of the customer service members do not know the policy themselves, and the last one I talked to was rude. I will never order from them again. I trusted it was a good company since it is listed on VSP website.

No warranty support at all. I would not recommend Eyeconic to anyone. Oakley offers a 2 year warranty on their frames and specifies for you to deal with the authorized distributor. Eyeconic told me they only offer a 1 year warranty and there's nothing they can do. Notice that Eyeconic hides their reviews? No Facebook reviews, difficult to leave Google reviews. There's a reason for that. How can they be an authorized distributor yet refuse to honor the warranty.

Wish I found these reviews before ordering. Had a simple question and have received no response. Its now been over 3 days. and the only update I received was that the prescription was verified. Will not order from Eyeconic again. I ordered some Rx Sunglasses from Warby Parker 2 days ago. They are already on the way.

Bought contact lenses 4 weeks ago, they got lost in transit by UPS. UPS issued a claim to Eyeconic two weeks ago and I still have not heard from them about getting a refund or a new set of boxes shipped. Absolute garbage…will not buy from this company again.

DO NOT USE!! After a week of going back and forth with their “customer service” for over an hour on the phone and multiple emails and getting my prescription “written different” (my doc laughed) - they told me they had everything they needed to process my order…. Then they cancelled it - AFTER charging me for it. Still have NOT seen my refund - thank goodness for my bank!
