EyeconicReviews of eyeconic.com

Beware if you need to exchange your glasses, Eyeconic will only exchange 1 time and if the 2nd pair you chose are cheaper than the original price ypou paid, you WILL NOT get a refund of the difference you paid out of pocket !!

I had an excellent experience recently with Eyeconic navigating an exchange of contacts after my eye doctor issued me the incorrect prescription. The woman I spoke to on the phone was super helpful, and they got my issue resolved super quickly. I highly recommend this site!

Ordered a pair of glasses and they came with a spot of paint missing on the frame. I emailed them on March 6th 2022, their system did an auto reply, and it is now March 25th and I've heard nothing. When I email them again, all I get is the same auto reply! So here I am giving a review of their chipped product and terrible service!

I purchased glasses/frame from them as the only online contracted retailer with my vsp insurance. All seemed fine. 1 year and 1 month later i notice that some of the anti-glare, or possibly polarized lens coating is noticeably coming off. I wrote them to see if they stand by their products and the response from Eyeconic was "sorry your out of warranty". My final thoughts: Lens coating add on's are likely spray on and only intended to last around enough time to cover your warranty period. This keeps uninformed consumers keep coming back for more by buying another pair every year. This company does not stand behind the product/services they provide and as such will no longer be receiving my hard earned money. ***buyers beware***

The worst ever!! Ordered a pair of black Nike glasses with transition lenses. Received a box a week later with some Calvin Klein women's glasses. They advised that I would need I send back the glasses before they can send mine. Thinking that they were ready to ship, I sent the box and followed up as soon as I seen the UPS package delivered. They told me that my order was sent to the lab and can take 7 to 10 days to ship. They knew it was their dumb error and could have worked on my pair prior yet, they wanted me to wait and upset me more. Anyhow, a month later and they are just now sending my glasses. I'll add a follow-up when I receive them. They said they will send UPS priority. Hmm I'll belive it when I see. Worst ever!!

EDIT: While I still believe that glasses should be functional without purchasing the anti-reflective coating, Eyeconic reached out to me and made an exception for a return. I still stand by my initial review of their help desk representatives being very easy to contact and that my glasses came less than 2 weeks after ordering. Terrible. Glasses are useless. I purchased my glasses with the silver package without paying the additional fee of anti-glare coating. I didn't purchase this as I have never purchased it with "lower end" online retailers and have never had a problem. I can't even see out of my glasses from the glare, I'm just constantly looking at my own reflection causing blurry vision. Spoke with multiple representatives and they were unable to do anything. Don't purchase glasses from them and if you do, buy the additional $80 gold package. They did come within 2 weeks though and I had no trouble contacting the representatives.

Only went here cause it was the only one to take my insurance: contacts were delayed by over 1 month. I understand supply chain issues but when I asked if they were doing anything to combat that (I.e. sourcing from another company) they said, no. I was never given an apology nor a discount. Just a simple, the will come from the supplier when they’re available. Supply chain issues are out of their hands but HOW you handle those issues is another. This is a customer service business. Avoid. Spend your money somewhere else.

Every review is correct. This “company” is awful. Every time someone answers the phone, it sounds like you bothered them by calling. Absolutely no urgency or professionalism, had to call twice to see what was taking so long to verify my prescription…what could take so long to send people’s glasses/contacts. 1-800 contacts has them to your door in a couple of days. Eyeconic tells you on the website even for next day shipping it will be at least 9 days?? Absolutely awful service. Avoid at all costs
