I did order the wrong item first time n asked for the cancellation. Later I found the model I was looking and asked for replacement. Eyconic was very helpful and they processed my order without asking any questions.i really appreciate working with eyeconinc

If I could leave less than one star I would. I placed a prescription contact lens order. I used my vision insurance and about a week later received an email stating my brand of contacts was on back order from the manufacturer. The shipping date was about 2 months out. Ridiculous, if they weren't available, put that on the site so I could have gotten them from my eye doctor's office. I ordered online because I thought it would be easier than going back to pick them up from my doctor. Huge mistake. I had already entered all my info and paid so just figured I would wait for them to ship. 2 months go by and now I received another email stating they are now pushed back another month!!! Are you kidding me? They are prescription contact lenses...I NEED them ! I ended up canceling the order and placing ordering form Lens.com . I paid out of pocket but at least I will get them in a timely manner. What a sham this Eyeconic company is. DO NOT USE!!!
