Everything went so smooth

If my vision insurance provided any other site to purchase glasses from, I wouldn't be using Eyeconic. I'm on my second order for a pair of glasses. The first time (July 2022) the processing and shipping time was extremely slow, the customer service was rude, and the experience was less than stellar. I ended up returning the glasses (a separate very, very slow process...). I thought that maybe it was a "one off" experience with Eyeconic, so I decided to use them again when I made another order a week and a half ago...spoiler alert, my first experience was not a "one off" experience. The whole process is jacked up. I submitted my order with my RX and found out a full seven days later that they couldn't validate my RX...I emailed them another copy and after 2.5 business days, they still hadn't validated the RX which means my order hadn't even started processing. I got on the chat with someone this afternoon trying to figure out what the hold up was, and she told me that when you submit your RX with your order, their system limits the RX to one sheet of paper...so if your RX is on two sheets of paper, they won't be able to process your order. That would have been great information to know when I submitted it all, but I digress. I'm not thrilled that I've been pushed a week and a half back on shipping times due to their system errors. I voiced that displeasure and my customer service rep didn't have anything to say back except "hold on jus a sec and i'll validate your prescription." If my glasses stay perfectly on schedule, it will be a full month from placing the order to getting my glasses. Mind you, when I placed my first order, my order sat in their warehouse for 6 business days showing as "shipped" on their website, but the tracking number showing "still waiting for the package to arrive at distributor" on the FedEx website. So I assume that will happen with this package, possibly for even longer since now I'll be running into the holiday season (which I was trying to avoid by placing my order in October)...I'm estimating it will be closer to 40 or 45 days from the date I placed my order to the date I receive it. I'll be paying full price for frames/contacts from here on out just so I don't have to use Eyeconic. They're slow, unreliable, and customer service is pretty useless.

Scam!! I placed an order for contacts and the tracking number they provided never worked! Now they’re claiming the package is lost and I need to wait for an investigation to conclude. When they had no problem taking my money and making me wait for something that was probably never even sent. Completely disgusting that an insurance company is using this place for their customer.

Excellent options and fast shipping. My go to for new glasses.

When I placed my contact lens order via the website, I was given a delivery estimate of about one week. I then received an email saying that my lenses were back ordered, and that it would actually be a month before they would ship. After that month passed, I received yet another email from them, saying that the lenses were still back ordered, and that it would be at least another month, possibly longer, before they would ship. When I wrote to customer service to see if there was anything they could do to help (for example, maybe send me two 12 packs instead of one 24 pack?), their only suggestion was to cancel my order if I was unsatisfied with the delivery time. Completely unhelpful. So I am left with absolutely no idea of when I will receive my order, except that it will be at a minimum of two months after placing my order.

These glasses are pretty good. They fit well and cost me 50 bucks.

I literally received my contacts within days! Two days before they estimated I would. It was super easy to apply my insurance and place the order with my rx.
