Very poor customer service. I purchased a pair of subscription sunglasses. The hinge had broke after the warranty period (1yr). I had taken good care of the sunglasses and there was no accident. I called customer service, provided the order number, and described the situation. The saying anything about any help or options I was told "they're past the warranty, anything else I can help you with". That was it. I had to ask if there were any options. I asked about buying replacements. He looked at my order, told me my prescription has expired and I would just have to start the process all over. That was the end of the conversation, bye. No offer to provide any other service, not even have a nice day. End of phone call
