This was my first experience with online ordering and I must say that it did not turn out to be good. My glasses are way heavier than what I expected (or got from previous stores). The good part was that I was able to get prompt customer support but the input that I got was like "it is case by case basis".

Great customer service, but I confess that I was / am disappointed with the sunglasses.

I really love my sunglasses. Made everything quick and easy. I love how they showed me the price with my insurance.

I liked the virtual try on. The order and shipping process were excellent. Great prices especially with my benefits. I loved the glasses but had tonreturn them as the multi focal lenses just did not fit my needs.

I ordered eyeglasses through Eyeconic. The first pair did not have a gold frame, even though I requested it. I returned it for a full refund, but when I tried to reorder the same with the correct color, they did not have any in stock. I ordered the second pair of Calvin Klein on May 19. I got an email and several notices from UPS that they were on the way, but the delivery dates kept changing. When I called Eyeconic, they started an investigation with UPS which took a week. I had to call again when they informed me that they were processing a replacement order which could take another ten days, followed by shipping by 2-day USPS air. Today is June 24, and I am still awaiting the email that my order is ready. I ordered this pair since I was traveling overseas on vacation on June 27, and my old pair which is over two years old needs replacement. Everything that can go wrong somehow does with this company. I only chose them because they were VSP's preferred provider, giving me substantial discounts on my orders.
