EyeconicReviews of eyeconic.com

It was a great deal ordering the glasses, Love the selection and also the way measurements of your face are taken online,

Easy to find options with try on, apply vision insurance and Rx prescription. Process was simple, fast and exciting to get my new glasses! Thank you!

Unclear pricing throughout my order. Then I wanted to use up my HSA balance and pay with credit card for the remaining amount but per my calls with customer service, that wasn’t an option so I had to lower my quantity significantly in order to use my HSA. The products were great, pricing and service were average.

Love how simple this was to do. Thank you

Always great value on a great product. Love Eyeconic taking care of filing insurance to eliminate have to pay up front.

Easy ordering and easy handling of insurance benefits.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for updates and nothing. Single vision lenses and it appears they need to recreate the wheel. Delay after delay after delay and the only words the customer care agent could say was “mmmhmmmm”. I’ll stick with eyebuydidect or my eye doctor for my next pair.

The process was fantastic! The fact that I could use my VSP insurance with the prices already reduced made everything so easy. This is definitely the way to go to order your frames and lenses with your insurance benefits. The quality of the lenses is superb. I will definitely use again.
