The order took a while for delivery but the rest of the process was easy and quick! Great product, found the same glasses and was quoted $700 more than on eyeconic. I'll always buy throught hem.

Great selection of contacts and the website is easy to navigate. I was pleasantly surprised that my contacts were cheaper with you guys than with my eye care provider by about $100! Will definitely be shopping with you for all my contacts needs.

My order for new contacts was processed and received fairly quickly and accurate. However, there is one part of the experience needing to be improved. When I uploaded a PDF of my prescription, it was 3 pages with the first page being for my eyeglasses. I was told via email my order would be canceled unless I called within 24-hours. When I called within the timeframe, I was told they could only read the first page and because my contacts prescription was on the second page, I would need to upload just page 2. It would have been nice to know this upfront but even better if you can read the entire PDF so orders can be processed correctly and swiftly.

My contacts were shipped before the ship by date and arrived in a timely manner.

So far so good, i had the lenses tested and they are very slightly out of focus to my prescription. Not enough to make a fuss, but enough for me to notice when I had another pair of glasses made at the same time and my vision was just slightly clearer. Same doctors script to the number and letter.

Glasses are adequate but not perfect. It seems like the middle range area is almost non existent or too narrow. They feel like bifocals.

Exchanged a pair I didn't like and selected one I am very pleased with. Exchange was easy and cost free. Original insurance discounts were applied to 2nd pair for a good value.
