EyeconicReviews of eyeconic.com

The website was extremely user friendly. The selection of products was outstanding. I was impressed with the value packages. And delivery was exceptional. I love the frames, the lenses react the way they are supposed to which is so important after cataract surgery that didn't quite go as planned.

Shipping was fast and my glasses are beautiful

Fast service, great selection of frames, and checking with me to validate the Rx when is seemed it may be incorrect for "distance"style lenses. These were a specialty Rx for my use as a musician to allow me to clearly see my music at a specific distance. Thank you. ~Gordon~

The fit & comfort of the glasses, & the ease of of shopping online made it a good experience.

There a little big, otherwise a perfect pair to glasses

I've ordered from them a few times with no issues. This last time was very difficult and not good customer service. My son's glasses were way too small so I had to exchange them. My insurance covered all but $145 on a $240 single vision gold level lens package. He found a new larger pair to exchange them for. Here is where the problem arises. The new frames were only $180 and I was told that Eyeconic doesn't refund the difference. "We don't do that". Um, yes you have to. You can't overcharge and told me to find a pair of equal of lesser value. But if I completely returned them I would be refunded the full amount and could then repurchase. I was told AFTER I did the exchange. WTH is that all about?

Great Pricing, Fast Ship, Simple and Easy

It was so easy. The Glasses Frames a more transparent and lighter in color than the on line try on. But overall this was the best experience so far buying Glasses on line.
