My experience with Extra Debit Has Been phenomenal ! They have so many resources in the app to help you learn about credit. The user experience is smooth and app layout is easy & quick to learn. The representative’s/customer Service Respond Quickly and have such a great attitude. I’m so grateful for The Extra Debit Card and Resources They have been giving to help me get my Credit Back in Check. 5 out of 5 Stars Extra !!! Keep doing what your doing and educating everyone about the truth of credit :)) !

You guys always go above and beyond to help me with any situation that I have and always come to a conclusion everytime.

This company does promise what they advertise. Your credit does actually go up, it’s a slow crawl to the top but it does work. A few times this card has been compromised, and I’ve had to have several re-issued, not sure where the fault lies there as I am not a credit card expert. But they do have impecable costumer service, probably one of the best I have ever encountered to be honest. I do wish my spending power updated faster, they say it’s several times a day, but I haven’t seen it do that? Over all it’s a good little card if you don’t mind spending $8 a month.

The support team is great any time I have issues. Only thing I dont like is that some transactions are not accepted. I tried to make my child care payment online and it was showing it as a donation. Also, the app doesn't work for me sometimes. But any time I have questions I get the help I want and it has been helping my credit as well!

An embarrassing moment when I had funds in my account but extra did not allow the funds to be used. I had to fumble around looking for my other bank card that I had Extra linked to. This happened several times. So I stopped using extra until it caught up with my bank balances.

I’m really like the experience use an extra it’s really helping my credit hopefully down the road y’all have more products to help build credit

I like being able to get the a answers to the questions I hand without all the complicated run around.

I check my credit report and only see it on one report. And no changes on my score .
