I've had it for, (I believe) 2 years now & its SO simple to use, I'd be a fool not to!!! I've even set it as my default payment for a few of my autopay accounts, thus requiring me to do NOTHING, all the while, reaping its benefits:) Just set it, forget it and watch your score, soar!!! I have been trying to cancel a service that does not deliver its purpose, but no human has been able to talk to me about it. Emails come and go with different names, which I am sure are just automated replies. The day I expressed my frustration with the service, I started receiving unauthorized charges, so I had to block my bank account. Once it was clarified that only two old charges were mine, I tried to close the card through the app, but it did not allow me to do anything, all the information is blank. I need to close this card by sending them a check to the account they could point out for this. This experience of trying to close the extra card has been getting worse and worse. I have been paying their fee for two years with no good tangible results, even though I don't use credit cards (I only have one), and when I asked for an upgrade, it was denied. There are no humans from Extra Card to fix this problem. Dealing with this 2 months now.Dont use this card, save you the headache!

Great experience, fast and friendly

Build your credit while using your own money only bad thing is you do get a fee yearly

A couple of months after I started using my account, I got notification after notification about my credit increasing. It really did and still is helping my credit score. Also the members are always pay quick with dealing with any issues you may have.
