Monthly charge us outrageous and I’m not seeing that big of a difference on my credit.

I have had the card for almost 1.5 years, and it hasn't done anything to improve my credit.

My credit score is moving up fast

The card declines randomly even when there are plenty available funds showing. I’ve called in to ask why it declines only to be told that there is an issue using the card at the vendor which in this case was Amazon. Really doesn’t help my credit score at all either.

I no longer see value in utilizing this card with such a lack of quality rewards. After omitting gift card redemption, the value of account with Extra has took a turn for the worst. I’ve inquired about these deficiencies in the past and the very “millennial” driven approach to things has caused more disgruntling emotions, this speaking as a millennial as well. I referred multiple friends and family that have acquired memberships with Extra and I’m sort of embarrassed that I did. I know it sounds harsh but unless something changes I don’t believe I’ll be renewing my membership either.
