Exterior ShuttersReviews of exteriorsolutions.com

I have bought vinyl shutters several times from these people, the cut and color are to perfection...- little pricey but you get what you pay for...will be ordering again soon

I must admit I was very hesitant to buy shutters I couldn't touch for quality, but I needed a replacement pair and these are perfect. They were the best price (beat Lowe's by almost $15.00), same quality and came exactly when they said they would! What more could you ask for? Will definitely use again and recommend!

The shutters are beautiful and blend in perfectly with the others which are wooden. Without touching them, you cannot see any difference between them. Great product! Excellent Service!

We ordered custom painted composite wood shutters back in the fall. Not only were they very expensive, but they were shipped a month later than they told us we would have them, Once we received them and finally got a contractor re-scheduled to hang them we thought we had made a good decision. The shutters have been up for 8 months and the paint is already cracking and chipping off. Customer service told us that was normal and wanted to send me some touch-up paint. "TOUCH UP PAINT" in 8 months! I have asked to speak with someone in management and now they won't return my calls. I would never recommend these shutters to anyone, not to mention their customer service is terrible.

All I have is praise for Exterior Solutions. I had a couple issues and they were all resolved even beyond my expectation. I would highly reccomend them as they stand behind their products and are quick to resolve any issues.

I am so baffled by the great reviews the vinyl shutters have gotten. It is almost like I was sent an entirely different product than everyone else. I was shocked at the shoddy, flimsy, poor quality shutters that I received in the mail this week. They are not at all like a previous pair of vinyl shutters that I purchased years ago from another company and that are still on my house in great shape. When I called the company about the poor quality of these shutters, I was told all vinyl shutters are made with the same material. I know this is not true, as these are a thin plastic that are stapled together, not at all like my older shutters. I don't understand all these positive reviews if they are reviewing the same product that I received. It just doesn't make sense. I got no satisfaction with my concerns when I called and spoke with someone at Exterior Solutions. I strongly recommend that you NOT order these shutters. I will not be able to put them on my house--they are that bad.

Shutters were as expected. Good quality. Perfect color as shown on website. Buy with confidence. A good seller!

Before considering ordering shutters from a big DIY conglomerate, please visit Exterior Solutions. The product quality and customer service alone is worth it. Their prices are reasonable, too.
