I ordered shutters from this company on 7/16/2026. The expected shipping date was between 8/20 and 8/27. It is now 10/5 and the shutters are still not shipped. I left a review on their website stating this information, but this company did not publish the review. As I live in the Northeast, I'm not sure I will be able to paint and get these shutters installed this year due to the companies delay and will have to store them for the winter if/when they arrive. As of now, this company seems a bit shady. This company charged my CC back in July 2026 but has not fulfilled its commitment to provide the products owed to date. Proceed with caution.

OMG — i wish i had taken the time to read these reviews BEFORE i Ordered my shutters. The website advertises free returns but it has been a month since I ordered the shutters and despite repeated email requests the company has not bothered to respond about when i can expect to receive them. I thought i was purchasing a high quality product but after reading these reviews am very concerned. HORRIBLE company. DO NOT PURCHASE from them!

I only give 1 star because there is no ZERO! I bought over $2000 of vinyl shutters from them, when they arrived, I found they were cheap plastic trays with push in plastic pieces to make them square(have to see to believe) They rely on small print and huge restocking fees or no returns at all to make money. They are not honest or reputable. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!

Poor communication/terrible quality I ordered Vinyl panel shutters clearly not Vinyl and are cheap plastic which took about a month to arrive.

AFTER PURCHASING SHUTTERS FOR MY HOME LESS THAN 5 YEARS AGO, I CONTACTED THE COMPANY BECAUSE THE COLOR HAS COMPLETELY FADED FROM THE PRODUCT AND THEY LOOK HORRIBLE! THE COMPANY STATES FADING IS NORMAN AND DOES NOT STAND BEHIND TEIR PRODUCT.

Poorly manufactured, no return policy even when the product is shoddy. The Home Depot shutters I wanted to replace are better manufactured and will last longer than these poorly finished pieces of “plastic” that I’m going to throw out. The seams are irregular and not closed, the ends to the side slats are ill-fitting and have openings that run the length of the board, and the ends of the boards don’t even line up. Stay away for this product! Oh, when I made my dissatisfaction know to the customer service rep she was unmoved, surely due to the many complaints. Most outfits would apologize, none offered, and replace or refund, no such policy. When I compared them to the $25 vinyl shutters to Home Depot the rep corrected me saying that Home Depot no longer sold shutters, “They’re all out.” What? Buyer beware, of course these is my opinion and my personal experience.

We ordered six custom composite shutters for $900. They appeared beautiful in the box, but upon taking them out of the box, we discovered a damaged shutter, and to our horror, they are made out of painted pressed wood. The corners easily chip away, and they are not returnable. I wouldn’t pay money to install them on the house. Customer service argued about their quality. Thus far, I have not received a response from the company.

I am adding to this review to validate what others have written previously, because the reviews are true. I am not sure how I missed these reviews before I purchased, because I certainly would not have purchased from a vendor with so many negative reviews. I purchased paint able raised panel shutters. They looked like plastic. The plastic was filmsy and you could see through. The workmanship was shoddy; there were open seams and gaps on every panel. I $229.62. After complaining, I was permitted to return at my cost. Shipping cost me $56 and I was charged a $80 restocking fee. What I find most concerning is that the company continues to sell a very substandard product under the tag of "made in the USA" and is selling vinyl that looks and feels like hard plastic because what they sell fits the scientific definition of "vinyl". Their product is absolutely poor quality. Shame on them. Under no circumstances purchase custom blinds. They are non returnable, nonexchangable, nonrefundable. In addition, for compliants they must be registered within 72 hours, not 30 days. By, the way note that their shutters are made by perfect shutters.com so beware of them too. Dissatisfied customers must unite!
