Exterior ShuttersReviews of exteriorsolutions.com

I ordered shutters July 1st after reading good reviews. Later I searched them & seen they were in a UPS building & had bad reviews so I tried to cancel my order. They instead shipped & to my surprise they were just fine. Decent quality, plenty of same color screws, correct sizes & color ( sage) so with the Holiday weekend I got them within 2 weeks well packaged too. They are a middle man but I could not find the color I needed anywhere else .I'm glad they did not cancel my order because I'm satisfied with them. Perfect timing a roofing company was here putting on our new roof & installed the shutters for us. I hope this helps anyone considering buying from them. I know how important reviews are as I own a business & these shutters look really cute on our flower shop ! Wish I could add a picture

I ordered 11 pair of custom vinyl shutters, and asked that they be expedited. They shipped out the next day, and look just fine. I'm ordering 2 more pair (neither the contractor nor I looked at the tree-shrouded north side of the house.....ooooops). I worked with their online chat person to get these orders done, and found the whole process very easy.

I was very concerned after reading these reviews. I started out by emailing the company about their return policy so i’d have something in writing and feel a little more comfortable. My shutters didn’t take long at all and arrived at the exact measurement and color i ordered. I could not be more happy. They are cheap shutters but the best cheap shutters. I’m happy i took the chance with this company so i could save a lot of money and have the exact measurements i needed.

I have bought vinyl shutters several times from these people, the cut and color are to perfection...- little pricey but you get what you pay for...will be ordering again soon

I must admit I was very hesitant to buy shutters I couldn't touch for quality, but I needed a replacement pair and these are perfect. They were the best price (beat Lowe's by almost $15.00), same quality and came exactly when they said they would! What more could you ask for? Will definitely use again and recommend!

The shutters are beautiful and blend in perfectly with the others which are wooden. Without touching them, you cannot see any difference between them. Great product! Excellent Service!

All I have is praise for Exterior Solutions. I had a couple issues and they were all resolved even beyond my expectation. I would highly reccomend them as they stand behind their products and are quick to resolve any issues.

Shutters were as expected. Good quality. Perfect color as shown on website. Buy with confidence. A good seller!
