To people interested in renewing their passport, please Express Passport, their fee is not bad but the service is 100 Pct excellent. They are very competent.

Truthfully, I was online trying to renew my son's passport and didn't really understand that I was paying to 'hurry the passport up'. I realize LOTS of people get passports, but the process, to me, is somewhat nerve racking. So, the help I had from Express Passport (Melissa) was wonderful! If I didn't understand something, I would email her and she would respond with very helpful information THE SAME DAY! I called her a couple of times also. Through her help, we should be receiving the passport today through Fed- Ex. I appreciate all of the help I received through Express Passport!

I can understand that there would be people who would give them one star in a situation where they didn't get what they needed in time but there are always variables that can disrupt timing and in a last minute OMG moment of I need a passport quick they were professional and great with the communication!
