Express PassportReviews of expresspassport.com

I was SO upset when I couldn't find my passport.. two weks before our trip! I googled passports and found Express Passport. On the very first contact with them, they were fantastic! Step by step, they got me through the process! We did a 'hand carry' and the whole deal! These are a little more complicated, but do-able they said. They were right!! In a week, I had my passport!! YEAH!! And thank you SO much to all at Express Passport ! You are professional and wonderfully personal in your approach to helping people! Thank you!Thank you! Thank you!!

I was traveling abroad and hadn't realized how long getting a passport takes. I needed my passport in one week not a few months. After ordering my passport through Express Passport I was able to get my passport in just a 3 days completely saving my trip. Thanks! Mark

I was very nervous to send in my old passport and material to a company I didn't know as I had a last minuet trip coming up in a matter of days! I did a lot of internet research on similar companies and many had good AND bad reviews just as this company did but they answered all my questions i had via phone (before I decided to use them) and they were very competent, nice and helpful! I decide to try them. They helped me with every silly question i had during the application process and as they promised I received my new passport renewal within 24hrs of them receiving my materials! I AM SOOO HAPPY WITH THEM!!!!!

You know i ran into a little undesired glitch when i had to take a unplanned trip. I didn't have my passport and was in dying need. I ran out of options and passport express came to my rescue, I received my passport just in time for my trip and everything went as smooth as possible. You should try it if you're in need.

Several days before a scheduled trip to Canada, I realized that my passport had expired. And it would have been very problematic to reschedule.... I contacted Express Passport to get a 24-hour turn-around - they were very conscientious and responsive. The passport arrived just as I left for my trip and as promised by the company.

Had an emergency passport issue come up on Christmas Eve. Sent my passport away the 26th and got it back today the 28th! AMAZING! Our vacation is on! THANK YOU!!

Couldn't have gone better.

With only two weeks to go until my planned trip to Cuba, I discovered my passport was lost. I had no idea where it was and turned the house upside down with no luck. I got in touch with Express Passport, but I had no idea of what I would have to do or how much time it would take. The rep was very helpful and sent me the relevant information immediately, smoothing out the way for me. She outlined exactly the documents I would need and directed me as to how to get those documents. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip for other reasons, but my new passport was delivered when promised.
