Case arrived safely, but after less than 2 months a button fell off. They offered to send a new case for an additional cost of £8. I feel they should have replaced this for free and contacted them again but did not hear back initially. In fact after posting my initial review, they have contacted me and are now arranging for a free replacement so good on them for listening to feedback 👍

No way for me to cancel the order directly on your site. I've emailed you (at a couple of your email addresses) and called you (at a couple of your numbers). Nobody picks up and I'm waiting to see if somebody responds back to an email. --Update - They responded back and cancelled the order. HUGE improvement would be to add a way to cancel directly so you didn't have to email and call and pray but they did respond.

Following my review on 13 May, the Exoticase customer service team reached out to me and issued a full refund for my purchase.

Easy to order but returns difficult. Item wasn’t the quality I expected. Item came in very little protective or quality packaging like it’d been opened or used then sent to me in a baggie! I’m keeping because too much of a hassle to return.

2 weeks went by never received a shipping order or anything so I reached out to get a refund, instantly got a shipping label, wait 2 more weeks for case and it's complete garbage so I'm now out $30 plus dollars and a month with no case,take your chances If you will but don't expect much in return

We received exactly what we wanted and ordered. Love the look of both the red case and the black case. Excellent service and great buy! Thank you, Linda and Erick Ljunggren
