No way for me to cancel the order directly on your site. I've emailed you (at a couple of your email addresses) and called you (at a couple of your numbers). Nobody picks up and I'm waiting to see if somebody responds back to an email. --Update - They responded back and cancelled the order. HUGE improvement would be to add a way to cancel directly so you didn't have to email and call and pray but they did respond.

Following my review on 13 May, the Exoticase customer service team reached out to me and issued a full refund for my purchase.

Carefull!! Fraud!! Instead of sending me a leathercase for my phone they sent me a cheap plastic case. And now there is no address to sent it back. You ca n throw your money out of the window instead.

The color of the case I ordered didn't match the product photos so I initiated a return. After a few weeks with no reply I left a review here, they then quickly responded and issued a refund.

Vacuum plated case doesn’t charge with Magsafe chargers. It either keeps dropping or is too weak.
