Case arrived safely, but after less than 2 months a button fell off. They offered to send a new case for an additional cost of £8. I feel they should have replaced this for free and contacted them again but did not hear back initially. In fact after posting my initial review, they have contacted me and are now arranging for a free replacement so good on them for listening to feedback 👍

I ordered a case for my iPhone. When it arrived I noticed it didn’t fit well enough to my phone so I made contact with the support. They instantly replied and after a video demonstration they agreed to send me a new cover as a replacement. The new cover presented the same problems of the first one. I tried to contact them several times since then for a refund but I’ve never received a reply. Edit: after this review they proceeded with the refund.

The case I ordered was meant as a birthday gift but arrived few days late. I don’t understand why because this is my second purchase and the first one arrived in like 5 days. But anyway, we kept the case since my son liked it.
