Excellent service. I have been buying from this shop since I got my 14 pro last year. Quick responses on every question. I wish they made more cases for mini models so my sister could have the same beautiful cases like mine. Definitely will keep getting back to them whenever I need new cases!

I am so glad I always read the one-star reviews! I too, felt good about the company being in Canada but after these reviews, my phone doesn't need a case that bad. That's a savings of over $22 for me!

What a beautiful Alcantara case. I was skeptical buying from here but it turned out to be a wise choice. While other cases came in plastic wraps (and they are decent) but this one came in a nice box. I bought it as a gift for my close friend and he couldn’t be happier. Loved the feeling of holding it and looks of those red buttons. I will shop again for my iPhone when i need more. Thanks

Steer clear of this company. I thought because their website said they were in Ontario, CA, it would be ok. I should have done more research. I didn't receive anything more than an order confirmation email. So, after 6 days of nothing, I decided to email or call to find out when it would ship. I received no reply from the email I sent, and the phone number went to some generic voicemail (like a personal generic voicemail). I wanted to cancel the order, but couldn't reach them to do it, so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you are still thinking about trying them, just do yourself a favor and try calling the phone number on their website. Update: Suddenly, after submitting this review, I received a response. The response would have meant something when I tried to get information directly from Exoticase by emailing and calling them. Responding now, after my review, does not improve my faith in this company. I stand by my review. Their communication as a business was extremely disappointing, and nothing has been shipped after 7 days.

Poor poor quality product with very poor returns provided. Is stated on the website so I should've read but wasn't expecting the product to be so poor. The website looks great but don't be fooled. The product is cheap from China and not worth 10% of what they charge. Returns have to be paid for by the customer which is quite expensive considering the returns address is in Canada and I bought in the UK. Would not recommend.

They used a courier that NEVER delivered my item (Fast Horse Express - obviously they need to remove EXPRESS from their name!). I asked for a refund, which they processed. However, I then got an email demanding I remove my prior negative feedback. I consider this a form of blackmail and my original feedback still stands that they use a logistics "solution" that is uncontrolled and out of their hands for their orders, and this is after taking weeks to send my order.

If there was a ZERO star, I would have picked that. First, they send the wrong order, but because of their policy, they cannot accept a return or exchange. So they send a message that if I send $12 for shipping, they will send a replacement. Fine, that’s a compromise…and that’s they send us a piece of junk plastic piece of crap - I ordered the metallic vacuum plated leather MagSafe and got one of those crappy piece of sh!t quality rubber cases that you can get on Temu for $1. Don’t order here…scammers!!!!!!!!!
