My first premium case for Sony XM5s and my god is it good. It feels so soft. Since I have put in the case inside this case, I don’t think it’s going to come out, ever :D

I was mad that they sent me a wrong item. I almost called my bank but decided to call the company instead. Phone went unanswered so I emailed them. Received a reply that the case was a free gift with the screen protector. What! I did receive what I’d ordered after 3 days in a separate mail. Phew, well they should email their customers about all this.

The case that I ordered which was the green and black alligator was amazing. The fit is perfect and I get nothing but compliments on it. The case was shipped in a timely manner also.

Customer service is trash they cancelled my order with out asking me and did not send my money back. They did this because I continuesly kept asking for a tracking # or something so I know when to expect my delivery. I do not recommend this company at all!!!

Vacuum plated case doesn’t charge with Magsafe chargers. It either keeps dropping or is too weak.

Shady Company!! I received two tempered glass cases, black and white, but I ordered one in sand. They seem to have sent the second black tempered glass case instead of the black wallet case I ordered. The only thing that was the same was that they were both black. I emailed about the issue and received this response: “We sent 2 tempered glass cases because the pink color was out of stock. We also emailed you twice about this before shipping but received no reply. The other case was delivered as ordered (in black color).” I checked spam, trash, etc. I never received any emails besides order confirmations. I copied and pasted and forwarded my confirmation email and they can see what I ordered but you’re telling me you sent the correct one?! Uh no. Emailed back as much as she responded “ Let me check with the shipping department tomorrow and get back to you.”. To be continued…
