Problem with shipper. Never got package to FedEx. Had to contact seller.

This is the email I recieved on March 4th after placing my order. "Thank you for your order from Exhale Wellness! We wanted to let you know that your order (#514367) was shipped via USPS, XParcel Expedited on 3/4/2023. You can track your package at any time using the link below." On March 14th I submitted a request for an update and was assured that my order would be shipped out the very next day. It is currently March 21st and there is still no shipping information on my order. Let's just say that I am utterly disapointed in your company at this point. No amount of excuses can cover the absolute lack of respect that you are showing me in this transaction. I expect my order to be sent out next day air at your expense to arrive at my home tomorrow.

horrible vapes, bought 2 that are supposed to be fully charged delta 8 vapes... tried to hit it, nothing...charged it tried to hit it, nothing. plugged it in, light is red, still doesnt hit. plugged it in, blinks green 3 times, still doesn't hit. bought these like 3 weeks ago, never got a single hit out of either. will never buy from here again

The products are great, the prices are very reasonable, the customer service is prompt. The shipping timeline could be better but not a deal breaker. Looking forward to the next purchase.

Before I review this 'weed', let me start by letting everyone know that I had purchased some of this weed a while ago, and it came without a humidity pack in it, even though it stated clearly on the lid that it in fact does indeed contain such a pack. (The other two jars had these packs in them, but one jar did not.) Red flags went up right there. So, I wrote, I called, I wrote again, and yes, I called again and again. The first person I spoke with over the telephone acted as if I was lying. (Keep in mind, I was already dissatisfied with their quality of processing, and now I was being given an attitude.) Two different people talked to me that way. One male and one female. Okay, now, as far as this weed goes, it's hemp. It's not really meant to be smoked. Hemp is for making oil, rope, biodegradable 'plastics', paper products, fuel, housing etc.. The female cannabis plant is what we all really want. This is hemp, and smoking hemp and trying to get high from it is ridiculous. Hemp is nothing more than 1985 homegrown male weed with it's seeds removed. It smells okay, but the only reason you get a small buzz from it is because of the distillate that's sprayed onto it. That's where most of the flavor comes from as well. Unfortunately, because it's not yet regulated, we have no real idea what is sprayed on these buds. Don't trust all of the test results. That goes for all these products on the market today. Until they are regulated, you're messing with danger. The price is ridiculous. They charge you like you're buying actual good bud. Although some people do smoke hemp for the taste. All that being said, there's not much you can do if you don't want to break the law, yet you still want to smoke weed. This is one of your best alternatives, but the prices suck, and the customer service needs revamping.

Product not received in a timely manner. As of this review still had not received what I ordered. Don’t think I will be a returning customer.

I still havent received item weeks later, and as far as I can tell it hasnt shipped. The company has not communicated to me why, whats going wrong, and how they will rectify the situation. Instead they send back responses telling me nothing and act as if nothing is wrong.
