Didnt like the vape pe itself. Had to puff for a while to get a good hit. Pen would be better with a usb c connection. And a button. Product inside was great.☺️

For the most part their products are pretty solid - especially the D9 Live Resin Gummies. But the THCp+HHC+D9 gummies have had major packaging issues and smell absolutely terrible. Often times packaging is completely inconsistent. Unfortunately, these sat around like this for some time and I didn't meet the window for return. Oh well. Other companies to try out. Be careful, if something smells wrong, let them know and they are pretty good at replacing, but the shipping QA is really bad.

Absolutely amazing products, customer service is horrible, with the exception of one gentleman named Jarrod(hope I’m spelling his name right, sorry if I’m not!) I was lucky enough to get him through the call centers twice and both times he went above and beyond to help me!! So thank you sir! The total of four times I’ve ordered from this company, there has been issues everytime, and when you call or email it could take days to hear from them if even you do. One instance I tried calling someone from customer service and it took a total of 8 hours before someone picked up, and when some did pick up(a man named Jason) was super rude and told me I would have to wait another 24-48 hours to hear from someone. It just unfortunate because they do really have great products.

potency seems to vary greatly on gummies. Some have little effect. Sorry to hear free shipping to end on under $50. purchase. Would order bigger quanity to qualify, if dollar amount was reasonable.

Hard to get in touch with support, sometimes they don't reach back out or take very long to do so, respond at odd hours and spuradically/when most convent for them even if it's unprofessional, but after MANY attempts someine was finally able to help me.

This new batch seemed a little bit less potent as the last bottle. A little bit disappointed.

Product is good, but shipping speed is pretty slow compared to other stores.

Nice results but pricing itself out of the market. Even with 20% off. Equal price to equal quality.
