Still don't have product or refund. Tried to cancel because of how long it was taking. Was told it shipped. Well when I tried to track with the code it says only a label was printed but the shipper never received the product. Awful experience..customer service sucks. Will never order again. Still no product no refund and it was over $100. That's alot of money on a fixed income.

Customer Service was really helpful. Haven't tried the products yet and that will determine if I purchase again.

I placed my order on 3/3/23. FedEx says the label for my order was made on 3/13/23. Since then there has been no updates. When I place my order California was impacted by record snow fall causing major shipping delays. My package arrived on 3/25/23. The only emails I had gotten from Exhale are for chances to enter a contest by purchasing more products. No update on why it was delayed . The product I received was good but the shipping is terrible.

I placed an order 19 days ago and still have not received my product. I received an email saying it shipped. However, FedEx confirmed only shipping label was printed and the actual item never left point of origin. I have emailed 3 times regarding this matter. Initially I received an email stating the were behind on processing and then I received an email stating it shipped. As stated that prompted me to contact FedEx directly; only to be informed only a shipping label created. Still waiting for a response…disappointing to say the least.

Great products at a great price.

My order should have been shipped march 9-10, here it is the 21st of march and still order has not shipped, yet it was charged to my credit card on the 8th. After calling weekly and being told it would ship on the 14th and getting an email stating it shipped and they gave me a tracking #which only showed a created label. I then called on the 20th to find out what was going on and told it would ship the next day, still no response if shipped. I ask on the 20th of march why this has not shipped and was told by the person at Exhale they could not discuss the reason. I am very disappointed that I could not be given a satisfactory reason

I have a subscription for two Delta8 carts and one does not work. Doesn't draw or heat up; nothing. Tried on two different pens and it does not work. I've emailed support about it but haven't heard back yet.

I have not received my order and I keep getting emails saying it shipped but it doesn’t appear to have.
