I still don’t have my package. You have not sent it out. I ordered 18 days ago

Took twice as long as two other companies that I ordered from same day. By the time I got it, I had forgotten id ordered it. The cart tasted like some kind of Chinese food condiment. It's so nasty I cannot use it.

Still have not received my order. Was ordered 2/28 and was notified something went wrong and it would ship 3/13. Got a shipping confirmation but tracking states it never was received by fedex. Still have not seen the order almost a month after ordering, but funds were charged to my card the day after the order was made. Very disappointed and frustrated with the service. Have never had problems with Exhale until now and both me and my wife order quite a bit, maybe it’s time to take our business elsewhere.

It took 21 days to ship that is unacceptable nowadays I had trouble in the past so I shop elsewhere. I like there Vap pens so I ordered it with a new flavor vap (did not try it yet). Will probably be my last experience with the company

After a couple of months it had a much less effect. Delivery was very good.
