App is good, customer service is decent
Love the app and customer service is typically good. There have been some issues with syncing, however they are always updating. I would probably buy again, my hesitation would mainly come from the crazy processing fees.

Josh Barnes and team have been absolutely phenomenal in their customer support! As an app based company, we need a strong tech team who knows how to work the ins and outs of the app. Josh has been instrumental in helping us set up complex zaps as well as troubleshooting when we can't figure out the tech side of things. Can't say enough at how much they have helped!

Great Support Team
I'm new to Exercise.com and I had some trouble navigating at first. There is so much you can do with this platform that it can be overwhelming. I put in a request for help with an immediate concern and I was shocked to receive a near immediate response from their support team member Teta. She was very helpful and great to talk to. She helped remediate my concerns along with others. Two weeks on exercise.com and so far so good...
