While we are still waiting for the "perfect" gym management system, Exercise.com has been able to provide a good 2 in 1 (gym management/programming) experience. The thing I've enjoyed most is the consistent relationships with their tech support and success teams. For instance, Tyler is maybe the most patient person I know, my dude is CHILL (just what you need when you're ready to use the laptop as a frisbee). Move Right has a very unique fitness system that exercise.com has worked hard to customize for us. It's nice to be able to lean on reliable relationships with people who get to know you and your business well.

The customer support is great. They are agile and work with their customers to make the platform work in many different ways. Tyler has been so helpful handling all our requests for features and advising us on how to maximize our use of the platform. They are constantly updating things to make it even better.

Alyssa, Jeff and the exercise.com team have been phenomenal in allowing us to expand our business and create an avenue that sets us apart from competitors.
