The program is very well designed, user friendly and the exercises are engaging and so far seem effective. I signed up for the postpartum program and started 4 months postpartum. I had to slow down the pace of the exercises because my core/pelvis didn’t feel ready for that speed and intensity and I wonder if other mothers would have this awareness or may push themselves beyond their limits to keep up with the workouts and “earn their rest”. The language of some instructors could be gentler for postpartum moms. Phrases like “you better be sore than sorry” could be harmful for someone who’s recovering after birth. We already went through a lot during pregnancy and birth, we shouldn’t be suffering to recover our core and pelvic health. I would prefer a more supportive language and more mindful movement for the immediate postpartum period.

My subscription automatically renewed without any warning, and zero notifications about a price increase. I was supposed to be charged $59.99 every 6 months but was instead charged $89.99! No warning, no heads-up, no consent! and strict NO refund policy. I was able to cancel my membership on their website but unable to have the membership cost corrected. What a scam! I didn't even use the program, their "AI" should have been able to see I had no logins but they are quick to charge you more than what was originally agreed to and with no warning anyway.

I went to several doctors and a pelvic floor PT to address issues with my diastisis recti. After 9 months, not much progress. This app is like having a pelvic floor physiotherapist ( costs 180 / hr) in your home. There is very little knowledge or data gained by doctors and midwives during their studies ( up to 13 years) out there regarding split muscles in your belly. Most post-natal women, overweight men with big beer bellies, women who go up and down in weight a lot, people with trauma to the bodies like severe burns or car accidents or giving birth to multiple babies, never learn from their doctor the importance of the pelvic floor muscle, and then when incontinence ( peeing your pants) occurs as people age...once again..doctors do not provide this information!!! You CAN reverse incontinence and chronic constipation by upping your potassium intake ( potassium is needed for smooth muscles to operate properly), drinking water, eating greens, AAAAND doing these exercises!!!

I love the way the app is designed where it pushes a new day of workouts and core compressions each day. I don't always get to it daily so it's nice to be able to pick up exactly where I left off. As a busy, young mom, it's great that it can be done in as little as 15mins.
