I like having a workout that I know is safe while pregnant and I look forward to continuing it on my postpartum healing journey. There is not much out there to help pregnant women with correct exercises and movement during this time and I find EM super informative and helpful.

I love the app. But I do think it’s overly priced. And I hesitated to renew it this past year. There are only so many exercises that are just repeated in a different order for a different day.

Thank you for the review! We do understand that the foundational exercises can begin to feel repetitive over time. That said, they are clinically proven to resolve diastasis recti. We have found that the structure of the prescriptive exercise paths within the app keep things effective and efficient taking the guesswork out of daily exercises.
