This company can stop taking advantage of its monopolizing area thats only choice is to use eversource by charging outrageous service fee. I live in a 4 rm house I'm renting winter months my electric heats bill which is everything heat hot water lights 640. Per month 300 of that was just to bring the service into the home. M curious to know before their employees show up for work do they get serviced charge to their employers before they actually go to work . A service fee for working for eversource I guarantee not!!! They are taking advantage of their position and will have consequence s for their greed. May not today or tomorrow but guaranteed it's coming. Karma happens when u least expect to all

Contacting customer service sucks the life out of you. Their speech recognition system is abysmal. It takes a full 5 minutes before an attempt to connect you with an agent begins. After that time you get a recording that tells you that wait times are long and that you should try calling later in the week when call volume is lower. Hey Eversource, instead of making your customers bend over backwards to try to reach you how about simply staffing up on the days that you know will be busy?

If I could give 0 starts I would. They have horrible service (frequent outages), horrible customer service, they make mistakes and overcharge you, and any bill or account review needs to happen with an agent, not online. They then ensure getting in contact with a person takes 3 hours longer than it should. Avoid this company like the plague it is.

Absolute con artists. Make up usages to line their pockets from the top down.

Issue: loss of full power due to underground line corrosion. Dave Bergeron arrived on site within an hour of my outage report and his knowledge and experience along with his work ethic identified the problem quickly and completed repairs in short order. Dave professionally carried out his work, in extremely low temperatures and communicated freely with myself and my neighbor. He is a pleasure to work with and a valuable asset to your company.

The people of Connecticut are being forced to pay for other people who have not paid their bills...absolutely ridiculous to add sometimes upwards of $300 a month to pay for someone else???

If I could give zero stars I would. Pricing my family out of our home, charging $300 a month in “public benefits” to help Eversource recoup money lost during the pandemic ( people not paying) has now been passed down to those who do pay. Criminal, can’t wait to leave CT
