If you enjoy being called every day to ask a question that I answered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. I have answered the question 3 times now. And a phone call from a live person telling me to call a number back. Why, when he knew why he was calling. Today (thursday) got an e-mail asking again! 0 stars is my rating. Very unorganized.

For years I've had a series of symptoms. One doctor said I must have HIV...negative, she even tested twice, then said she didnt know but heres a shot of steroids thatll help. (it did till it wore off). Another said no need to worry since it went away on its own. Course it came back and went away several more times. One doctor, did a biopsy, took 5 weeks to tell me I had Lichen Planus Pigmentosis Inverse, that hardly any research is available for and then prescribed me medication that might cause cancer. I declined. Another doctor looked at my labs and said we'd revisit it in a year. I thought she thought I was making it all up somehow. 4 doctors. BUT I knew something was wrong and through Everlywell's tests I was able to document Cortisol, TSH, T3, T4 levels, among several other tests I took ... using their subscription service which consistently showed something off. After DNA testing through another company I found out I was predisposed to a hereditary disease. And for the first time ... my laundry list of symptoms, my Everlywell results all could be explained. What made me seem like a hypochondriac, seemed unrelated, suddenly all feel under one test that Everlywell offered too. This isn't a replacement for a doctor...but it's also helpful for getting your doctor to listen to you during the 10 minutes they will spend with you. Because lets be honest ... you dont really see your doctor long enough for them to be your primary healthcare advocate. You are your best healthcare advocate. These tests empowered me to go around the doctors first hunch and actually get to the bottom of something. I've read other reviews...and I frankly can't understand how they had issues with registering, the lancets, getting results ... when I only had one issue that was user (me) related. They sent out a new kit when one time they said I didn't provide enough blood. At no cost to me. In total I've done 5 tests and had great results. I've even had consultations with their free doctor to discuss results...I think I missed the call but they kept calling. So ultimately...the only time I've had an issue is because I created it. Educate yourself, follow the instructions and set realistic expectations and you shouldn't have a problem. But order the wrong test or expect more than a diagnostic test that's kinda your issue. Remember...some people can't set the clock on their microwave.... but it's not the microwave that's broken.

NOT ABLE TO REGISTER THYROID TEST SAID NOT ABLE TO PROCESS

DO NOT BUY THESE TESTS!!! They do not provide you results after telling you a specific time frame and even date! I paid over $200 and they have my DNA and I have no results. Super frustrating as I was hoping to get some clarification on items that I have been having issues with for years and even being denied certain tests by doctors. Also took the food sensitivity test and the results are such BS and I’ve even tried the elimination diet and been to 2 GI doctors and the results I was provided by with Everlywell were false!

My thyroid test was not able to be registered. Samples ready to ship but unable to register with no response from support since yesterday. Very upsetting.

I recently ordered a thyroid panel for myself in order to hopefully avoid the expensive seeing a doctor and paying for labs out of pocket. After waiting to receive the test kit I did the blood work and submitted it right away. The kit showed that it was delivered a few days later however nothing was updated. Upon contacting everly while I was informed that the lab never actually got it/lost it even though it showed delivered. The representative offered to send me a replacement, which I would expect them to do being that they lost it, today then avoided my initial test so I couldn't even find it if it did show up at a later date. It took a while to receive the next test kit which I have now submitted and it was received about 4 days ago with no updates still. It's been weeks and weeks for this whole process and I almost regret doing it. I guess I should have just went to my doctor. I would have received the results faster. The only thing that I can say is that I did receive very courteous customer service when I contacted however it still did not fix the problem. So now I have no idea when I will actually get these results in and have not been feeling well so have been anxiously awaiting these so I know what to do next.

I got my test results back from Everlywell with my name....but someone else's id #. I called to ask them to send me another test so I could be sure the results were actually mine and they refused. Their attitude was they made a mistake and "oh well".

Poor quality components, waste of $170, 3 out of 3 lancets were defective, no matter how you pushed and pressed against a finger nothing happens. You'll waste hours viewing the videos, getting everything ready but then can't finish due to getting junk medical items
